Michael Mann Retrospective at Eye Amsterdam

Between August 29 and September 18, Eye presents a retrospective of the work of Michael Mann. The Filmmuseum will show the eleven films he made for the cinema, two TV films, and episodes of TV series directed, written or produced by Mann, including Miami Vice (1984-1989). Pieter Jan Brugge, the Dutch-born producer of Heat (1995), The Insider (1999) and the film version of Miami Vice (2006), is the guest of honor at the opening night on August 30 and will give a masterclass on September 1.
