Work/Travail/Arbeid Film Installation

In 2015, Rosas’ dance-exhibition Work/Travail/Arbeid was on view for nine weeks at WIELS in Brussels and afterwards travelled in an abridged version to the Centre Pompidou, Tate Modern and MoMA. Together with cinematographer Babette Mangolte, filmmaker and writer Eric de Kuyper now made an attempt to do justice to this impressive project in a cinematographic way. Their six-hour-long film will be continuously shown over a period of three days (April 27–29) at WIELS in Brussels, offering the viewer the possibility of attending this free screening at any chosen time and length and allowing for an experience closest to that of the original dance-exhibition itself.
