4. Remco Campert

Dutch poet, writer and essayist Remco Campert wrote the screenplay for a number of Johan van der Keuken’s early fiction films. This short film programme shows Een zondag (1959), a film about a quiet love, De oude dame (1963) about a boy and a woman living together during World War II and in Indische Jongen (1964), a boy awaits his enlistment in the military service.
