Cinea

Cinea is the nickname of the Flemish Service for Film Culture (VDFC). It has the aim of promoting knowledge of film history and styles across Brussels and Flanders, and operates since 1994. Through events such as the Summer Film College and its online journal photogénie, Cinea showcases film heritage in all its facets and incarnations, from the late nineteenth century to the present day, from a film-historical and aesthetic standpoint.
