Jacques Fieschi

Jacques Fieschi (1948) is a French screenwriter, filmmaker and actor. He has written and collaborated on scripts for more than thirty films, including Un coeur en hiver (Claude Sautet, 1992), Les nuits fauves (Cyril Collard, 1992), and Mal de pierres (Nicole Garcia, 2016). He also directed one feature film titled La Californie (2006), which was shown at the Un Certain Regard competition at the Cannes Film Festival. As an actor he appeared in, among other films, À nos amours (Maurice Pialat, 1983) and Irma Vep (Olivier Assayas, 1996).
